For which, we has a youth took the responsibility in collaborating with the pharmacies to respond to the supply of medication and resolving the event driven pharmaceutical care. We ensure safety, assist health care team to have the therapeutic outcome. The LIVE IN team therefor since then has been known for directly making the difference for best possible outcome.
